Do You Need a “Role” To Make a Relationship Work?

We’ve established before that women can run countries, lead companies, fight in wars and fires, raise families… These are all big things that require responsibility, strength and commitment, especially if you’re doing them solo.
However, if you’re lucky enough to be in a partnership in which you don’t have to carry many of life’s burdens alone, that’s also great. But, that also means you’re talking about two people in a relationship, which creates a whole new set of dynamics, where power in the relationship should ideally be shared. The Down & Dirty of Workplace Affairs

If you think about how people on average spend their time, you’ll realize one general truth: individuals spend about 7.5 hours a day working, according to numbers recently released by the U.S. Department of Labor. Roughly, that’s about one-third of an entire day, which essentially is a lot of time in one place and getting to know one set of people. In turn, relationships can form, both platonic ones and ones much more romantic in nature.
