Many times when you hear the word fundraiser or charity event, you can drum up a pretty boring image, but recently I went to an event that was the furthest thing from that! I attended the Rock For Locks Of Love benefit Saturday September 18th, at the Kantor Gallery located in a hip, trendy area on Melrose in Los Angeles.

Hollywood’s Colony Nightclub was musty with an intoxicating air while Solange streamed an entrancing mix of tunes as the DJ for the launch of the new Guess fragrance, Seductive. The days of Solange being stuck in Beyonce’s shadow are a thing of the past as the younger Ms. Knowles comes into her own as the sexy and seductive DJ Solange.
