Her Soul Runs Deep

Leela James has always been a lover of music. She heard it around the house as a child and amongst her family members. It has only been a natural progression that she end up in the music industry. She did consider other career options. As a youth, she ran track – beginning at the tender age of seven. Due to a career-ending injury, the 100m/200m and 4x100m sprinter had to choose something else. Review of “Just Wright” Starring Queen Latifah and Common
17 May, 2010
FOX Searchlight Pictures presents “Just Wright,” a romantic comedy just right for everyone. It has the love story for the ladies and sports intensity for the fellas. It’s safe enough for the kids and the entire family. A story about triumph and inner beauty, this movie has a bit of inspiration for everyone and is an all around feel-good movie.
NBA player Scott McKnight, played by rapper Common, is torn both from his career due to an injury and torn at the heart between Morgan Alexander, played by Paula Patton, and Leslie Wright, played by Queen Latifah. Some might say this story is not unlike other storylines we’ve seen before in other romantic comedies.
