NEWS ANCHOR

Are you a journalist who;
1. Wants to investigate and research stories
2. Has a high energy level
3. Knows that hard news is the right way to win a market

 

If you can answer all three of the above with a resounding “yes,” and have a resume to prove it, you could be a candidate for the primary anchor position at Fox 40 News in Jackson, Mississippi. You will be working nightside, anchoring the 9-10 pm newscast. You won’t be turning stories daily, instead working to break big stories. News launches in HD to coincide with American Idol, so you need to be available soon. The ideal candidate will have a great reporting background and at least some fill-in anchoring experience. 95% of the staff has been hired, but we haven’t found the perfect candidate yet. Are you that person? Worried about a move to Mississippi? If you do some research, you’ll find this Capitol city has a lot going for it. Downtown is getting a huge makeover, but the suburbs aren’t waiting, several are already booming and attracting great shopping and dining.

Hello Everyone,

I am currently working on a Marketing Manager position for one of my clients who is an international footwear retailer.

The person who gets this position will have a marketing background concentrating on apparel. They will also have experience with cross cultural marketing and working with and managing third party vendors.
