Job Summary:
The Business Analyst will report to the EVP of Operations for the Company. This role requires the entire business skill set – strategy, communications, problem solving, and analytics. It is a high-profile role that will bring significant executive management interaction and requires a person who can solve difficult problems in short periods of time. The Business Analyst will assist with both the development and evolution of the long-term company strategy, as well as support the shorter-term finance, operations, and strategic needs of the entire Digital Media Group. Projects are broad-ranging from analysis of new business opportunities to assessment of current business platforms.
Projects will deal with areas such as Strategy, Business Development, Operations, and M&A.
Essential Functions:
- Provide objective and unbiased perspectives on the value of potential business development transactions
- Create consistent frameworks to value projects and compare against a portfolio of initiatives
- Leverage fact-based market fundamentals to establish key assumptions
- Identify key sensitivities and develop scenarios to test robustness of investment thesis
- Develop pro-forma models that can be easily integrated into the overall corporate model
- Provide support for the strategic development process
- Develop simple and clear communications materials for key stakeholders (i.e. investors, board of directors)
- Support business unit strategy development and execution
- Support regulatory advocacy through fact-based economic analysis
- Provide direct support for potential large-scale M&A transactions
- Develop bottoms value driver-based models to value potential targets
- Utilize market comps and recent transactions to develop appropriate industry trends
- Make fact-based synergy estimates based on replication of current performance
- Create pro-forma models to predict credit, cash, and income statement metrics
- Help develop creative structures to maximize value and minimize risk
- Follow industry sector and provide insight into current M&A trends
Required Qualifications:
· 1-2 years of consulting background required, ideally within a top strategy consultancy.
· PRE-MBA only please. (Digital Media Experience ideal, but not required)
· Presentation skills: Expert with PowerPoint
· Proven analytical and problem solving skills
· Detailed financial modeling capabilities
· Proven ability to synthesize large amounts of data.
· Self starter with ability to drive independent problem solving
· Communication skills: Ability to summarize information and succinctly communicate analyses verbally and in writing. Ability to effectively present information and to interact with senior management.
· Interpersonal: Desire to be part of a fun, yet hardworking team. Mature and professional
· GPA: 3.5 or higher. A combined SAT score of 1400 is mandatory.

2. COORDINATOR, INTEGRATED MARKETING

Job Summary:
This position directly supports the VP, Integrated Marketing. The successful candidate will provide project management and administrative support. This position requires exceptional communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to multitask with both internal and external audiences. The successful candidate will meet the competencies outlined for Coordinator (included below).
Company’s new network will feature music, movies, reality shows, and specials for adults. Some original shows already slated for the channel include Model City, a reality show revolving around African-American models in New York City, and Keeping Up With The Joneses, which follows the exploits of a Houston-based female entrepreneur. The network will also reinstate the Soul Train Music Awards. In addition, the new network will offer demo-targeted content including movies and music programming from MTV, VH1, BET, and other MTV Networks outlets.
Essential Functions:
Administrative and Integrated Marketing duties to include:
• Ensure that the shared drive has updated Centric information weekly
• Manage meeting schedules and VP’s calendar
• Develop meeting agendas
• Handle all travel coordination for the department
• Assist with building decks and proposals
• Coordinate the execution of Centric IM deals
• Update and distribute weekly to all AEs and Managers (RFP tracking chart, production schedules, Centric programming updates, etc.)
Required Qualifications:
• Must come equipped with at least 3+ years at the Assistant level within the Marketing/Sales and/or Public Relations/Communications department, ideally in the Media/Cable/PR industry.
• Must have strong administrative support skills, with the ability to work on IM projects and work independently on departmental tasks.
• Strong Proficiency in Outlook, including Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must exude professionalism, maintain strong communication, and showcase a polished demeanor.
• Must have excellent writing skills. Proven ability to build decks and presentations.
• Must be meticulous and organized handling everyday projects in a proactive manner.
• Must be a self-starter accustomed to working independently as well as within a team.

Position Summary:
- The Company’s Mobile Product Manager will manage the day-to-day operation of the company’s mobile product portfolio, including mobile web, smartphone apps, and text messaging.
- Other responsibilities include oversight of new products, as well as analytics and reporting around product performance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily updates to company’s mobile properties (mobile website, smartphone apps)
- Oversee major mobile product development initiatives and launches.
- Analyze product usage, performance, and continually recommend and implement improvements to mobile products.
- Collaborate every day with several internal functional teams, including programming, production, video, sales, and online.
- Train internal staff on the use of self-service mobile tools
- Report on status and health of mobile products on a weekly basis to Mobile GM
- Work with internal staff to brainstorm and implement monetization opportunities.
- Identify and where appropriate make the case for inbound licensing of third party content, and develop new licensing partnerships
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Background in mobile product management, including mobile web, smartphones, or SMS is required! Minimum requirements are 2 years plus experience managing mobile products.

Responsibilities:
Advertising
· Work with digital sellers to pitch and sell Mobile inventory to advertisers
· Produce sales presentations and accompany sellers on sales trips and calls as appropriate
· Manage day-to-day operation of ad-serving platform and third party ad networks
· Monitor and optimize ads across Company Mobile properties
· Learn about, evaluate, and form recommendations on smartphone ad units for future implementation
Internal Marketing
· Work with Company programming teams and Mobile Product Manager to implement SMS programs across Company shows
· Work with internal and external marketing organizations and partners to create more awareness/promotion of Company shows through mobile partnerships
· Work with Company Mobile Product Manager to program outbound SMS alerts and messages
· Work with Digital and Broadcast teams to create audience awareness of Company Mobile products and integrate references into programming and “company”.com website
External Marketing
· Generate traffic to Company Mobile products through external partnerships
Analytics
· Analyze the growth in advertising revenue, programming viewership and Company Mobile product usage as a direct result of your activities. Report monthly on results to Mobile GM.
Other Responsibilities
· Collaborate every day with several internal functional teams, including programming, production, video, sales, and online.
· Provide weekly mobile updates to Mobile GM
Job Requirements/Qualifications
• Strong understanding of interactive marketing.
• Background in mobile advertising and mobile marketing (including direct responsibility for generating mobile ad revenue, using mobile to more deeply engage customers and experience in generating traffic to mobile properties). Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience as related to the above qualifications.
• Excellent communication skills
• An analytical background
• Prior entertainment and media experience a plus
• Recent experience with mobile web, smartphones, and SMS is strongly preferred.
Education:
